Hello, hello! Happy Monday to you. How was your weekend? Did you work, did you explore? What did you get into? My weekend was great. Relaxing, sunny, adventurous and I was finally able to finish my unpacking and put a few more things on the walls (I know, it’s been an entire month). The best part of the weekend was my first ever trip to the Oregon coast. I spent some time with friends to celebrate a 30th birthday. It was sunny too, rumor has it this sort of weather doesn’t happen often. We walked on the beach barefoot, ate clam chowda, stood around a campfire, enjoyed a delicious homemade chocolate birthday cake (thanks to Jenny and her incredible baking), caught some fish and lived to tell the tale.

We had family vacation to Washington and Oregon when I was 13 or so, and spent a day at the coast and I still remember how amazing it was to see all that driftwood. Your picture(s) took me right back.

Sounds like you had a great weekend. Mine was not quite as eventful as yours, but I did get my bike out of storage (finally) and explored the city on wheels. Boy am I hurting today though! ;)
