Hi friends, my apologies for the lack of posts this week. I did get a chance to put together a post for Jennifer over on Luster. It’s a bucket list of sorts and all about dreaming of travel. While my travel list is long, I decided on Marfa, Texas. It seems low key, laid back and understated, a perfect escape for all that’s going on in this crazy world. When putting this post together, it was difficult to think about luxurious things when so many people in Japan, and around the world for that matter, are without. So instead of luxury, I opted for basics like a nice pair of khaki and a chambray shirt (that I wear weekly) and staying in a teepee. And when it comes down to it, I would take this over any five star hotel. Hands down.
Check out the entire post here. Jennifer, thanks again for inviting me!

Awesome post Sizzla. I too now have wanderlust for a little trip to Marfa. I never thought I would want to go to Teaxas, but with the Portland rain comin’ down hard, it looks like heaven. Chambray shirt and wide brimmed hat ready to go at a moment’s notice…just let me know when we’re going. :)
LOVE LOVE love every minute of it, thank you so much Casey! xo
Beautiful post!!!
